established in 2020, gingerbread cottage farm rests on five acres surrounded by the wooded geagua county parks in Novelty, ohio. the early 1900s cottage, that resembles a gingerbread cottage, has been thoughtfully restored and renovated.

growing up, I always had a deep appreciation for homesteading and compassion for livestock. now that my three daughters have flown the coop, my childhood desires and hopes have bloomed into a reality through grit and grace. I find myself taking on the roles of running a private practice as a nurse practitioner, restoring a cottage, curating a small business, and thriving as a goat-whisperer.
